Mann first rose to musical prominence in the 1980s as singer and bassist for Til Tuesday, a band she formed in 1983 with then-boyfriend Michael Hausman. The band was an MTV favorite, and their debut album, Voices Carry, was a smash hit.

Til Tuesday eventually splintered, and Mann went on to a successful recording career. Her first two solo releases, Whatever, released in 1993, and I’m With Stupid, released in 1995, won immediate critical acclaim.

She has since recorded four other albums. and has toured with her singer/songwriter husband, Michael Penn, on numerous occasions.

The Peekskill show is scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday. Get more info at the Paramount website or call 914-739-2333 for more details.
