This is the final week to vote in our Best Female Singers readers poll, so get your lists in.
Not as much interest in this one thus far – maybe it’s the post-Holiday dolldrums. But we’ve still have nearly 70s singers submitted and we also have a clear leader early on. We’ll see if she can hold of the competition.
Of course, we can’t tell you yet who’s on top – we’ll let you know a week from today.
If you’ve been reading, you know this is our fourth poll. So far our readers picked Jimi Hendrix as the best guitar player, surprised a few of us by naming Frank Sinatra best male singer in runaway race, and told us Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon was the best album of all time.
You don’t have to agree, but you can definitely influence the voting. And now we’re asking you for the best female singers of all time — any genre, any era.
Here are the rules: Send us a list of 5 to 10 of the best female singers of all time and we’ll add your votes to the total. No need to put them in order, because each name that pops up on a list gets one vote. At the end the singer with the most votes wins.
We look forward to hearing from you.
